We carry out a wide range of research work, particularly
within the care and education sectors. Although most of this
work is bespoke, in response to specific requests, below are
some examples of standard pieces of research we are able to
provide:
Mapping of services - that may be in response to
multi-agency arrangements such as Young People's Partnerships
(YPPs) where there is an extensive range of provision across
sectors and agencies. We can identify activity and report
on this in an agreed manner. We are also able to offer innovative
solutions to communicating and cascading this information
down to grass roots level.
Impact surveys - which specialise in identifying
the impact of services on the customer. We have extensive
experience of working with providers and clients, together
with a full understanding of the issues relating to advocacy.
We have conducted service evaluations, both against legislation
and in response to specific requests, and always focus on
outcomes to the end user.
Thematic surveys - in response to the needs of
policy makers. We are familiar with the key issues across
services to vulnerable people, and are able to work in a
focused and sensitive manner in order to identify trends
and emerging themes.
Traditional
public sector services are going through continuous change.
Many new initiatives and strategies focus on the need
for partnership arrangements and self evaluation processes.
