1. What is the business structure of Roger Rowett & Associates?
A - The majority of associates within RRA are sole traders, some have a limited company status. RateUs, the main service evaluation system is established as a limited company and a number of the Associates are Directors. This flexible arrangement allows each associate to develop their own business, whilst also providing a range of targeted services under RRA.

2. If I am doing business with a number of associates who is the contract with?
A - This will be clarified during initial discussions. We will always ensure that any client is clear about the nature of any contractual arrangements.

3. Surely support is more problematic when dealing with a small organisation?
A - Although you might expect us to say this, our experience is that support is often more responsive and robust when dealing with a small organisation. When dealing with larger organisations, key people often move on, and valuable information is lost. If you deal with an individual, there is a continuity of service that based on a sound relationship and first hand understanding of any solutions provided.

4. What experience do associates have?
A - All Associates have extensive and verifiable experience within their own fields. Click here for more information.

5. What track record does the organisation have?
A - We have a proven track record of providing innovative and effective solutions whilst working for major governmental, voluntary and private organisations. We have also worked with clients on an independent consultancy basis. We have provided services and solutions to local authorities, central government, and private and voluntary organisations.
